Consultation Agreement

By purchasing or booking a consultation through AirfareConsult, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Consultation Agreement.

AirfareConsult provides professional airfare consultation, flight search assistance, travel planning guidance, airline policy guidance, and booking support services.

AirfareConsult does not sell, issue, or guarantee airline tickets. We are a consultation service that assists customers in finding and understanding travel options.

All payments made through the AirfareConsult website are consultation and service fees only. These fees compensate our team for the time, expertise, and research provided during your consultation.

These fees are not airline ticket fares, baggage fees, taxes, or airline charges. Airline tickets and related costs must be purchased separately through airlines or authorized travel agencies.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full passenger names as they appear on travel documents
• Accurate travel dates and destinations
• Valid contact information including email and phone number
• Budget preferences and travel requirements
• Passport or visa-related details when applicable
• Any special requirements or preferences for your travel

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all travel details, recommendations, and information provided before making any airline or travel purchase.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring passport validity, visa requirements, entry rules, airline rules, baggage policies, and the accuracy of all travel documents and information.

Airlines and travel providers are solely responsible for ticket fares, flight schedules, refund policies, cancellations, baggage rules, travel credits, delays, and all ticket terms and conditions.

AirfareConsult is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or issues related to airline services or third-party travel providers.

Consultation fees may be refundable only if the consultation has not started and no travel research, assistance, or services have been provided.

Once consultation work begins, including research, communication, or travel planning assistance, fees may become non-refundable. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

AirfareConsult does not guarantee specific fares, ticket availability, airline approval, refunds, schedule availability, or any particular travel outcomes.

Airfare prices, availability, and airline policies are subject to change without notice and are controlled by airlines and travel providers, not by AirfareConsult.

By submitting a booking request or making payment for consultation services, you authorize AirfareConsult to review the travel information you have provided and deliver professional consultation and travel assistance services.

You confirm that you have the authority to provide this information and consent to our services.
