Consultation Fees All payments made through this website are for consultation, flight research, travel planning guidance, and assistance services only. These fees are not airline ticket fares, baggage fees, taxes, or airline charges. Refund Eligibility Consultation fees may be refundable only if the consultation has not started and no travel research, planning, or assistance has been provided. Once our team has started reviewing your travel request, researching options, preparing recommendations, or providing consultation, the service fee becomes non-refundable. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@airfareconsult.com. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Urgent Travel Support Urgent Travel Support fees are generally non-refundable once the request has been accepted or work has started, due to the time-sensitive nature of the service. Custom Travel Consultation Custom Travel Consultation fees are quoted based on the customer’s travel needs. Once accepted and paid, custom consultation fees may become non-refundable after work begins. Airline Tickets and Third-Party Providers AirfareConsult does not control airline ticket prices, airline refunds, baggage fees, cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or travel credits. Any airline ticket purchase, refund, cancellation, credit, baggage fee, or schedule change is subject to the rules and policies of the airline or authorized travel provider.
